Call the parish where you were baptized and get your Baptism and First Communion Certificates Bring your completed registration form to your parish priest for his signature Get a sponsor who has been confirmed and is a practicing Catholic Have your sponsor get a sponsor certificate from their parish

The Confirmation Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 22nd at 7:00 pm at the Cathedral of St. Joseph, 140 Farmington Ave, Hartford, CT 06105
